Shipping, Refunds & Cancellations

Avocado Movement package all avocados sent to you in an appropriate manner for shipping with regard to the products purchased and offer shipping across all of New Zealand.

We currently dispatch orders by Wednesday each week. If your order is made before 8am Monday it will dispatch the same week by Wednesday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with more information.

Delivery times

We can’t deliver to a Post Office box or any address which looks suspicious to us. For delivery within New Zealand, we use Toll Global Express. Delivery should take between 2-5 working days and a day or two longer for rural deliveries.

If Avocado Movement are unable to supply the goods ordered or there will be an extra delay, we will advise you and offer you the option for a refund.

Shipping & Quality Guarantee

Items are sent out in original good condition, packaged appropriately. Claims for any damage or loss in transit must be made as against the shipping carrier.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your order, please contact us and we will replace your order or refund your money. Avocado Movement reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion and will refund if payment has been made. Avocado Movement  do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

Cancellations / Changing Orders

To cancel a placed online order, you must contact Avocado Movement prior to 8am Monday morning.

Once you have finalised your order and processed payment it cannot be changed, however you can cancel your order prior to 8am on the following Monday. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 027 2741879 or email

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation, as long as it has not been dispatched. If you cancel before your order is dispatched, you will receive a full refund. If your items have already been sent, then your order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited against your original method of payment, e.g., to the credit card you used to make the purchase. Please note the original delivery fee will not be refunded.
